Air Busan offers Lost and Found assistance to help passengers recover items left
on board aircraft or during their journey. If you lose a personal belonging on
an Air Busan flight, you should contact the Lost and Found office at the arrival
airport, as cabin items found after landing are transferred to the airport’s
Lost and Found department for safekeeping.
At Gimhae International Airport, Air Busan’s main operating base, Lost and Found
services are managed through the airport’s Lost and Found facilities within the
terminal. Passengers may also report missing items by contacting
Air Busan Customer Service or submitting a
report through the airline’s official website when available.
When filing a Lost Item Report, passengers should provide detailed information,
including flight number, travel date, seat number, contact details, and a clear
description of the missing item, to help staff locate the item more efficiently.
For items lost at other airports, passengers should contact the Lost and Found
department of the respective airport directly. If belongings are misplaced in
airport facilities or partner service areas, assistance may be provided by the
airport authority or facility operator.
Air Busan encourages passengers to report lost items as soon as possible to
improve the chances of recovery. Once located, items may be collected at the
airport or delivered to the passenger in accordance with local airport policies
and delivery arrangements.
For further assistance, passengers should contact
Air Busan Customer Service.
