Air Seoul Lost and Found

Air Seoul provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to assist passengers in recovering belongings left on board, at the airport, or in airport lounges.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left on Air Seoul aircraft are handled through the airline’s lost property procedures. Passengers must provide flight details and a description of the item to initiate a search.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within airport terminals, security checkpoints, or boarding areas are managed by the airport’s lost property office. Passengers must contact the relevant airport authority for such cases.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Checked baggage issues, including delayed or missing luggage, are processed through airport baggage service counters. Passengers must file a report to begin tracing procedures.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers should report lost items through Air Seoul customer service or airport handling offices. Reports must include passenger details, flight information, and a description of the missing property.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are returned after verification of ownership. Passengers may be required to present identification and supporting travel documents.

Passenger Advice

Passengers should retain boarding passes, baggage tags, and reference numbers issued during reporting. Immediate reporting supports tracking and recovery processes.
