Korean Air provides a Lost and Found service to help passengers recover items
left on board aircraft, in airport terminals, or in Korean Air lounges.
If you lose an item during a Korean Air flight, you should contact the Lost and
Found office at your arrival airport as soon as possible, as items recovered
from the aircraft are typically transferred to the airport’s Lost and Found
department.
At Incheon
International Airport (ICN) - Korean Air’s main hub - Lost and Found
services are handled through the airport’s centralized Lost and Found office
within the terminal. Passengers may also submit a Lost Item Report online via
the Korean Air website. When reporting a missing item, be prepared to provide
details such as flight number, travel date, seat number, and a clear description
of the item.
For items lost at other airports, passengers should contact the respective
airport’s Lost and Found office directly. If belongings are misplaced in a
Korean Air lounge, inquiries can be made with lounge staff or through Korean Air
customer service.
To improve the chances of recovery, passengers are encouraged to report lost
items promptly. Once located, items may be collected at the airport or shipped
to the passenger, subject to local regulations.
For further assistance, passengers may contact Korean Air
customer service team, which is available
worldwide.
