Parata Air does not operate proprietary airport lounges under its own brand.
Instead, eligible passengers departing from international airports are provided
access to third-party lounges through contractual agreements with airport lounge
operators. Lounge access is determined by fare type, cabin class, and frequent
flyer tier status where applicable.
Passengers traveling in Business Class on Parata Air flights are granted
complimentary lounge access at selected airports. These lounges are located
within the departure terminals and provide seating areas, food and beverage
services, Wi-Fi connectivity, and business facilities. Access is limited to the
departure airport and is subject to operating hours and capacity restrictions
set by the lounge provider.
At major hubs such as Seoul Incheon International Airport and Kansai
International Airport, Parata Air Business Class passengers are directed to
designated partner lounges. Entry requires presentation of a valid boarding pass
and, where required, an invitation issued at check-in.
Economy Class passengers do not receive complimentary lounge access. Paid access
may be available at certain airports through direct purchase at the lounge
reception or via third-party lounge programs.
Passengers holding elite status under affiliated loyalty programs may also
qualify for lounge access depending on partnership agreements. Lounge access
policies are subject to change based on airport contracts and operational
requirements.
Please note that phone numbers may change from time to time, so it's best to
check with the Parata Air' customer service team
for the most up-to-date information.
