Parata Air provides multiple check-in options for passengers departing from its
international network.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Online check-in opens 48 hours before scheduled departure and closes 90 minutes
prior to departure. Passengers can access the system via the airline’s website
or mobile platform to confirm booking details, select seats, and obtain a
digital boarding pass.
Self-Service Kiosks
At selected airports, self-service kiosks are available for boarding pass
printing and baggage tag issuance. After using the kiosk, passengers with
checked baggage must proceed to designated baggage drop counters.
Airport Counter Check-in
Check-in counters open approximately 3 hours before departure. Passengers must
complete check-in and baggage drop before the airline’s specified cutoff time.
Travel documents including passports and visas must be presented for
verification.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring assistance, including those with reduced mobility, medical
conditions, or traveling with infants, must check in at staffed counters.
Advance notification is required to arrange necessary support services.
Failure to complete check-in procedures within the designated timeframe results
in denied boarding.
