Parata Air provides structured procedures for handling lost property related to
flights and airport operations.
Items Left on Board
Items left onboard aircraft are collected by cabin crew after arrival and handed
over to ground handling teams. These items are logged and stored for
identification and retrieval.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items lost within airport premises, including terminals, security checkpoints,
and boarding areas, are managed by the airport’s lost and found office.
Passengers must contact the respective airport authority directly.
Baggage Issues
Passengers experiencing delayed or missing checked baggage must report the issue
immediately at the baggage service counter upon arrival. A Property Irregularity
Report (PIR) is issued for tracking purposes.
Reporting Process
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a clear
description of the missing item when submitting a report through airport
counters or airline customer service channels.
Collection and Storage
Recovered items are held for a limited duration. Passengers must present valid
identification and proof of ownership to claim items. Delivery services may be
arranged depending on location and item type.
The airline does not accept liability for unsecured personal belongings left
onboard or within airport facilities.
If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Parata Air'
