Online Check-in

T’way Air offers online check-in through its website, allowing passengers to confirm their booking, select seats, and download or print their boarding pass before arriving at the airport. Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure and closes about 1 hour before departure, depending on the route and airport.

Mobile Check-in

Passengers can also check in using mobile check-in via the T’way Air mobile website or app. A mobile boarding pass can be saved on a smartphone for convenient boarding at supported airports.

Airport Self-service Kiosks

At selected airports, self-service kiosks are available for passengers to check in, choose seats, and print boarding passes quickly without waiting at the counter.

Airport Check-in Counters

Passengers who prefer in-person assistance may check in at T’way Air airport counters, which is open 2–3 hours before departure and close about 1 hour before departure.
