T’way Air provides a Lost and Found service to help passengers recover items
left on board, at the airport, or in T’way Air lounges. If an item is misplaced
during a flight, passengers should contact the Lost and Found office at the
arrival airport, as recovered belongings are often handled by airport
authorities.
At Incheon
International Airport, T’way Air coordinates lost item retrieval with the
airport’s service team. Passengers can also submit a Lost Item Report online
through the airline’s website, providing flight number, travel date, seat
number, and a description of the lost item.
For items lost at other airports, passengers should contact the respective
airport’s Lost and Found department. Items left in airport lounges can be
reported to lounge staff or through the airline’s customer service.
Once located, items can be collected at the airport or shipped to the passenger,
depending on local regulations. T’way Air’s customer service is available 24/7
