T'way Air Unaccompanied Minor Policy

T’way Air provides an Unaccompanied Minor Care Service for children travelling without an adult guardian to ensure their safety and support throughout the journey. This service must be requested when booking or added at least 24 hours before departure through the airline’s website, mobile app, or customer service centre.

Children aged 5 to 11 years are eligible for this service. Passengers under the age of 5 are not permitted to travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

When using the Unaccompanied Minor service, T’way Air staff assist the child from check‑in to boarding and through arrival procedures. This includes priority boarding, seating near cabin crew for easier monitoring, and guided hand‑off to the designated guardian at the destination.

Passengers must complete all required documentation at check‑in, including consent forms and emergency contact details. Additional fees may apply for this service and can vary by route and airport.

It's important to note that T'way Air's unaccompanied minor service may have different requirements or restrictions depending on the specific route or destination. Therefore, it's best to contact T'way Air customer service team directly for more information about their unaccompanied minor policy.
