The arrivals process at Korean airports is designed to be efficient and passenger-friendly. After landing, travelers proceed from the aircraft to the arrival hall by following clear directional signage in Korean and English. International passengers must first pass through immigration control, where passports, visas (if required), and arrival cards are checked by immigration officers. Automated immigration gates may be available for eligible travelers.

After immigration, passengers proceed to the baggage claim area to collect checked luggage from the designated carousel. Flight information display screens indicate carousel numbers for each arriving flight. Customs inspection follows baggage collection. Travelers must declare restricted or taxable goods when required.

Arrival halls at major Korean airports include transportation counters, currency exchange services, SIM card providers, and tourist information desks. Airport staff are available to assist passengers with directions and services.

Meeting areas for family members, tour operators, and hotel representatives are clearly marked. Taxi stands, bus stops, and rail connections are located just outside the arrivals terminal, allowing travelers to continue their journey conveniently.
