Online Check-in

Eastar Jet provides online check-in for eligible domestic and international flights departing from Korea Airports. Online check-in opens before departure according to the route and closes prior to the airport check-in deadline. Passengers can confirm travel details, obtain a mobile or printable boarding pass, and proceed directly to security if travelling with cabin baggage only.

Passengers requiring document verification or travelling with checked baggage must visit the airline's baggage drop or staffed counters before the applicable closing time.

Airport Counter Check-in

Eastar Jet operates staffed check-in counters at Korea Airports serving its scheduled network. Counter opening and closing times vary according to the departure airport and destination.

Passengers must present a valid passport for international flights together with any required visa or entry documentation. Domestic passengers are required to present acceptable government-issued identification.

Checked baggage must be accepted before the published baggage acceptance deadline. Passengers arriving after check-in closes are not accepted for travel.

Self-Service Facilities

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected Korea Airports where Eastar Jet provides kiosk services. Eligible passengers can print boarding passes and complete check-in before proceeding to baggage drop if required.

Special Assistance

Passengers requesting wheelchair assistance, medical support, travelling with infants, unaccompanied minors, or carrying special baggage should complete check-in at staffed counters to allow sufficient time for document verification and service arrangements.

Boarding

Passengers should arrive at the boarding gate before the boarding time stated on the boarding pass. Boarding gates close before scheduled departure in accordance with airport operating procedures. Passengers who fail to arrive before gate closure are denied boarding, and unused tickets are handled according to the fare conditions purchased.
