Jeju Air provides a Lost and Found service to help passengers recover items left
on board, at the airport, or in lounges.
At Jeju International
Airport, the airline’s main hub, lost items are coordinated with the
airport’s service team. Passengers can also submit a Lost Item Report online
with details like flight number, travel date, seat number, and a description of
the item.
For other airports, passengers should contact the respective airport Lost and
Found office. Items left in airport lounges can be reported to lounge staff or
via Jeju Air customer service.
To improve recovery chances, passengers should report lost items as soon as
possible. Once found, items can be collected at the airport or shipped,
depending on local rules. Jeju Air’s customer service is available 24/7 to
assist travelers worldwide.
If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Jeju Air'
customer service team for further information.
