Jeju Air Unaccompanied Minor Policy

Jeju Air offers an Unaccompanied Minor Care Service for children travelling without an adult guardian, ensuring their safety and comfort from departure to arrival. The service must be purchased at least 24 hours before departure through the Jeju Air website or mobile app.

Age eligibility varies by route:

• On domestic flights, the service is available for children aged 5 to 12.

• On international flights, it’s for children aged 5 to 11, though age requirements may vary by country.

Unaccompanied minors receive dedicated support, including priority boarding, seating near the front of the cabin, and priority baggage handling. Additionally, on international flights, a kids’ meal and small merchandise from the cabin crew may be provided.

Parents or guardians must complete the required application and consent forms at check‑in, and in some destinations, specific documentation (such as notarized consent or identification copies) may be needed.

It's important to note that Jeju Air's unaccompanied minor service may have different requirements or restrictions depending on the specific route or destination. Therefore, it's best to contact Jeju Air customer service team directly for more information about their unaccompanied minor policy.
